The Nick Garrison Quintet celebrates the music of New Orleans, performing a variety of Black American Music from the traditional jazz of Louis Armstrong, to the street sounds of brass band jams and deep-cut modern compositions.

This evening the Quintet will be presenting a featured set of music from the Silverbook – a collection of modern, straight-ahead jazz compositions from New Orleanian composers such as Ellis Marsalis, Harold Battiste, and James Black.
